Strategy and CSR reporting
Today, CSR goes beyond its mere legal framework, as it has become a key performance indicator for any company, regardless of its size, but also for associations and public institutions. Indeed, CSR impacts the ability of an organization to attract and retain talents, to increase productivity at work, to identify resource saving opportunities, to enter new markets, and to secure investments.
Notwithstanding the benefits of CSR, organizations are not always equipped to define an ambitious, properly structured, and operational CSR strategy. A well-enhanced CSR strategy should also provide the organization with a competitive advantage.
